La Cravate Solidaire Metz works to combat image-based discrimination in the context of job placement and reintegration. Its activities center on donating professional clothing and transmitting workplace codes in order to restore the self-esteem of its beneficiaries. We offer personalized support during our Coup de pouce workshops. These two-hour workshops unfold in four stages: 1) Welcoming the candidate into a warm solidarity wardrobe: answering any questions the candidate may have and discussing their professional goals. 2) Image coaching: selecting and donating professional clothing adapted to the candidate's expectations and desired profession, based on the advice of a volunteer image coach. 3) Interview simulation: mock interview, kindly transmitting the verbal and non-verbal codes of the job interview, supporting the beneficiary in building their pitch with an experienced HR volunteer from our partner companies. 4) Professional photo session: taking a professional photo to boost the CV and a more lighthearted photo as a pleasant memento of their visit to La Cravate Solidaire Metz.
