Mission description

The core of our activity is the Coup de Pouce workshop, which builds candidates' self-esteem and teaches them professional standards. This personalized 2-hour session includes a complete outfit donation, professional photos, and a job interview simulation—the latter being where you intervene as an 'HR Coach.' Beneficiaries gain confidence, and volunteers find meaning in sharing their expertise.
