Mission description

The heart of our work is the 'Coup de Pouce' workshop, which rebuilds job candidates' self-esteem and teaches workplace codes. This 2-hour individual session includes receiving complete professional clothing on a volunteer's advice, a mock interview, and a photo shoot. As an 'Image Coach,' you intervene at the first step. The goal isn't to makeover beneficiaries, but to help them find an outfit suited to their future job where they feel comfortable and confident for interviews.
