Absolutely — retirees are among the most committed volunteers in France. You have the time, the experience and the desire to keep mattering, which is exactly what associations look for.
Do you need special skills?
No. Associations look for people who are reliable, present and kind. Life experience often counts more than any diploma, and short training is provided for missions that need a specific skill.
How much time does it take?
As much or as little as you like — from a one-off day to a couple of hours a week. You set the dose and can adjust it at any time.
