Mission description

Our initiative centers on the Confidence Boost workshop, designed to strengthen candidates' self-esteem and help them master professional codes. In our outreach version, we conduct this workshop at partner locations for accessible, straightforward support. Each participant receives 2 hours of individual guidance including a complete outfit donation chosen with a volunteer's advice, a mock job interview, and professional photography. As an Image Coach, you help each candidate through this process.
