Mission description

The heart of our work is the 'Coup de Pouce' workshop, designed to strengthen candidates' self-esteem and help them master professional codes. We run this workshop on-site at our partners' locations to provide accessible support. Each participant receives 2 hours of individual coaching including: a complete outfit chosen with a volunteer's advice, a mock job interview, and a professional photo shoot. Your role begins at the first step as an Image Coach, guiding each candidate through the process.
