Mission description

Our core activity is the Coup de Pouce workshop, which rebuilds candidate confidence and helps them understand workplace culture. This personalized 2-hour session includes a complete outfit donation, a photo shoot, and a mock job interview—this is where you intervene as an "HR Coach" to help candidates gain confidence and practice interview skills.
