Mission description

The heart of our activity is the 'Coup de Pouce' workshop, which rebuilds candidate confidence and helps them master workplace practices. Through our off-site workshops conducted directly at partner locations, each candidate receives 2 hours of personalized support including: a complete professional outfit, professional photos, and a mock job interview. As an HR Coach, you guide the candidate, analyze their practices and behaviors, and provide personalized advice for successful future interviews. It's a revelation for beneficiaries who gain confidence.
