At Cravate Solidaire Metz, we lead the Coup de Pouce workshop, a 2-hour individualized session that boosts candidate confidence and teaches professional codes. It includes a complete outfit, professional photo shoot, and mock interview. As an HR Coach, you conduct the interview simulation, helping beneficiaries gain confidence in their job search abilities.
