Mission description

This mission aims to welcome beneficiaries and staff the solidarity counter at Grenoble's Digital Solidarity Space. Emmaüs Connect's Digital Solidarity Spaces are the entry point for all people we support. After registration, beneficiaries can access phone top-ups, equipment at solidarity prices, and free access to all our digital literacy support activities. Your role consists of: providing warm and welcoming reception at the counter in a reassuring environment to build trust upon arrival, and registering new beneficiaries with our organization.
