I give computers, smartphones and tablets a second life to equip people excluded from digital technology

Mission description

Currently, 8 million people in France lack phones, computers or tablets due to financial constraints (INSEE). For greater digital inclusion, Emmaüs Connect collects unused IT equipment from businesses to give it a second life in service of solidarity. Working with volunteer and salaried teams within the Emmaüs digital solidarity space, your missions include: receiving and identifying equipment (sorting, labeling, cataloging in our internal tracking tool); managing administrative follow-up of donations during reconditioning (inputting donations into traceability software, system monitoring, identifying and ordering needed materials); organizing the reconditioning space.
