Mission description

User representatives (RU) voluntarily defend the rights and interests of all healthcare users. They express individual and collective needs to help improve the healthcare system. If you're a healthcare user and want to improve patient reception and care in a hospital or clinic, become a user representative and ensure patients' rights are respected, facilitate their procedures, and improve their care. There are four user representatives per healthcare facility.
