User representatives voluntarily defend the rights and interests of all healthcare system users. They express individual and collective needs to improve healthcare. Are you a healthcare user wanting to improve patient welcome and care in a hospital or clinic? Become a user representative to: ensure patient rights are respected; facilitate their procedures; improve their care within the healthcare facility. Each healthcare facility has four user representatives who are appointed.
