Patient representatives voluntarily defend the rights and interests of all healthcare system users by expressing individual and collective needs to improve the system. If you're a healthcare user wanting to improve patient welcome and care at a hospital or clinic and help others through your experience, become a patient representative. Ensure patient rights, facilitate their processes, and improve care quality. Each healthcare facility has four patient representatives.
