Mission description

User representatives voluntarily defend the rights and interests of all healthcare users. They express individual and collective needs to improve the healthcare system. Do you use healthcare services and want to improve patient welcome and care in a hospital or clinic? Become a user representative and you can: monitor patient rights, facilitate their procedures, and improve their care within the healthcare facility. There are four user representatives per facility.
