You create connection, remotely or in person, with an elderly person, someone with a disability, or in precarious circumstances experiencing loneliness and isolation. This connection can take the form of phone conversations, discussions over tea or coffee, shared games, walks, or other shared interests you determine together. Visit frequency is decided freely by you and the person.
