Every day, volunteers collect fresh, perishable food surpluses in refrigerated vans from food professionals (canteens, caterers, retailers) and immediately redistribute them to nearby solidarity organizations. These quality surpluses can be consumed the same day by those most in need. We seek drivers and collection companions—it's better and more effective together!
