Mission description

Every day, volunteers collect fresh, perishable food surplus from food professionals—cafeterias, caterers, shops—using a refrigerated van and redistribute it immediately to nearby solidarity organizations like solidarity restaurants, shelters, and food distribution services. This quality surplus can be consumed the same day by those who need it most. We're looking for committed drivers to join our collection missions.
