Mission description

Welcome vulnerable people and establish relationships based on listening. Take time to understand their situation and needs holistically, then guide and support them using existing resources. Provide long-term fraternal support. Minimum one day per week, with participation in departmental meetings and team debriefings. Strong listening and interpersonal skills required.
