POWA supports and brings together those who help millions of young people every year to find their direction and integrate into an increasingly complex world. The association creates and implements tools and research initiatives, awareness-raising activities, and training programs that facilitate the development of mentoring offers and approaches. POWA operates the first collective mentoring program with groups of 4 to 6 mentees and 2 mentors called POWAO. This program is designed for young people aged 18 to 26.
