POWAO is an impact program that supports vulnerable young people in their socio-professional integration through volunteer mentors working in teams of 4-6 youth. Mentors must have at least 3 years of active work experience and curiosity about learning from young people. You help young people regain confidence and project themselves positively toward their future, whether they are in school or not, employed or not.
