POWAMission description
POWAO is an impact program by Powa supporting young people facing barriers in job integration. The program works through volunteer mentors—employed, retired, or transitioning professionals—with teams of 4-6 young people. Mentors need at least 3 years of work experience and curiosity about learning from youth. Help young people regain confidence and positively envision their future.
