Mission description

POWAO is a direct-impact program by Powa that supports vulnerable young people in their social and professional integration. This program relies on the volunteer mentorship of employed, retired, or transitioning professionals who work with teams of 4-6 young people. You can mentor regardless of age, educational background, profession, or employment status. The only requirements are at least 3 years of work experience and curiosity to learn from young people. Your role is to help young people regain confidence and envision a positive future, whether they are in school, employed, or not.
