Founded in 1974, ECTI is the first French association dedicated to skills volunteering for active retirees. Initially focused on international cooperation, the association has expanded its scope to support French businesses, local governments, education and social and solidarity economy both in France and internationally. ECTI has been recognized as being of public utility since 1990, meeting criteria for general interest, national reach, democratic functioning and financial stability.
