Support individuals in job insertion through individual or group mentoring. Help them build projects based on their career history and employment barriers; provide necessary job search tools; conduct mock interviews; validate action plans. Volunteer requirements: work in pairs with ECTI staff; 3-week intervention per group; be retired or semi-retired; ECTI Drôme Ardèche membership; experience or interest in job insertion support; association covers travel costs.
