Help develop documents for small and medium local authorities (municipalities, communities): single documents, Municipal Emergency Plans (major risks), Municipal Rules, or other territorial requests. Interventions always happen in pairs. Travel is covered by the association. Volunteers are retirees or near-retirees, ECTI Drôme Ardèche members (for insurance), with experience or interest in working with local authorities.
