I mentor an apprentice through their training journey in Drôme-Ardèche

Mission description

At apprentices' request, advise and support them through various aspects of their training pathway to prevent dropout. Apprentices share difficulties including employer search, economic, academic, social, or personal challenges. Discuss these confidentially and suggest solutions. Accompaniment lasts 6 months to one year depending on needs, offered in-person or remotely. Coverage includes Drôme and Ardèche, maximum two young people simultaneously with initial ECTI volunteer support. Travel expenses are covered. Mentors are retired or pre-retired.
