Conduct phone follow-ups with beneficiaries to gather feedback on home visits and maintain association contact. Your role may include: calling beneficiaries to check in and collect their feedback on home interventions, identifying any needs, remarks or difficulties encountered, and transmitting important information to the team while tracking calls. Frequency: a few hours monthly based on availability. Our association places people at the heart of its commitment to beneficiaries, staff, volunteers, and partners.
