PARTAGE ET TRAVAIL is a Solidarity Business Group (GES), made up of several associative structures and a commercial company. The GES operates across the entire territory of the Pays d'Aix region as well as in the Etang de Berre basin. PARTAGE ET TRAVAIL uses the resources and tools of its structures to build personalized pathways toward sustainable employment for its employees, while providing multiple services to individuals, associations, local authorities, and businesses. Our history Founded in 1987 by volunteers from Caritas (Catholic Relief), our association has evolved to become a recognized professional organization. We have expanded our activities to meet the growing needs of the community, particularly by creating sister associations and a commercial company to diversify our services. Our commitment We firmly believe in the capacity of every individual, even those facing difficult circumstances, to regain personal and professional balance through employment. Our motto "Always prioritize people" reflects our commitment to the well-being of our employees and our community.
