US Doloise de Rugby is seeking a Secretary to support the club's development and help its coaches. At the heart of club administration, the role has three main pillars: managing registrations and licenses, welcoming and tracking members, verifying medical certificates, serving as the main contact for families on administrative matters, and maintaining updated files of licensed members (players, coaches, officials) organized by category.
