Mission description

Tempo, a Jura-based intermediate association specializing in employment through economic activity, is seeking volunteers to support people seeking work. Mentoring is a mediation role between someone looking for activity and the professional world. As a mentor, whether a professional from any field or a retiree, you bring your experience, listening skills, advice and network to help someone achieve their professional goals. Volunteers support diverse populations facing insertion difficulties: young people under 26, people 50 and older, residents of rural areas.
