Being a volunteer at Tombée du Nid means giving what you can, when you can. Nearly 300,000 families in France raise children with disabilities. These parents are very isolated in their caregiver role and have little respite time. Tombée du Nid launched 'Cœur du Nid,' the first proximity app offering concrete help to families with disabled children, regardless of disability type, from before the child's arrival through their adult life project. Families can request help and advice in the app, and nearby, qualified volunteers respond. Volunteers receive training and support from a professional team.
