Fallen from the Nest is an association that has set itself the mission of developing actions to protect and promote the well-being of children with disabilities, and to support their families. Active throughout France, the association is now developing around ambitious projects. On June 18, 2022, it decided to multiply the impact of its community through an application called The ❤️ of the Nest. The "Heart of the Nest" is the first local proximity application that offers concrete support to families with a child with disabilities or wishing to adopt. Through the application, the team of professionals at Fallen from the Nest trains volunteers who wish to provide support to families affected by disability using tools developed and available on "The ❤️ of the Nest" (e-learning, handbooks, fact sheets, maps, etc.) and facilitates exchanges between volunteers and families. The application brings together mutual aid and support provided on a daily basis, capitalizes on and shares best practices to break the isolation of families. It enables the connection of "Papa or Mama Bird" volunteers wishing to donate their time to support families with a child with disabilities, the "Chicks."…
