Help combat relational isolation for at-risk people by organizing regular and caring contact through phone, video, or other communication means. Support hospitalized and/or housed people (children, adults, elderly) of all conditions with trained and dedicated volunteers. You'll exchange with isolated people, check on them, and report any alerts to support structures regarding health and expressed needs.
