Mission description

C'Possible helps vocational high school students prepare for their futures by discovering the business world. As a volunteer with solid professional experience, facilitate interactive 1.5–2 hour workshops on confidence, workplace behavior, interview preparation, and career discovery. Interventions are scheduled throughout the year based on your availability. You'll be supported and work alongside educational teams.

C'Possible Normandie

Engagée dans la prévention du décrochage scolaire, l’association accompagne des élèves des lycées professionnels et technologiques afin de les aider à trouver leur voie et leur place dans la société. L’approche de C’Possible est centrée sur le partage d’expérience entre les lycéens et des intervenants experts dans leur domaine, issus du monde de l’entreprise ou de la culture. Ce partage s’inscrit dans la bienveillance, le respect, l’écoute, la confiance et la rigueur ; il permet aux jeunes en perte de motivation de reprendre confiance en eux. Une fois ce « déclic » amorcé, tout devient possible ! Notre conviction est que le chemin de l’insertion sociale passe par la découverte du monde professionnel, l’éveil à la culture et aux valeurs de la société. Cette approche globale se décline au travers de 2 programmes : des interventions se déroulant en classe ou à l’extérieur, les « ateliers repères », et un accompagnement individuel, le mentorat. Toutes nos actions sont gratuites et dispensées par des professionnels bénévoles, experts dans leur domaine.
