As group leader, your mission is to enable your teams to bring scouting to life for children and young people locally. Your responsibilities include: leading the group team and ensuring decisions are implemented; supporting unit leaders and team members; convening and chairing group council; appointing unit leaders, chiefs, and group team members; guaranteeing activities are carried out in compliance with regulations; and ensuring proper administrative functioning.
