The Scouts and Guides of France offer children aged 6 and up the opportunity to discover life in nature, group living, resourcefulness and develop their skills with the help of the group. Organized by age group, children are supported by scout leaders who help them progress and become independent. The association has a Catholic ethos but is open to everyone. The adults being sought are therefore scout leaders aged 17 and above, with or without previous scouting experience. Training is provided by the association and personalized support is offered based on individual needs. Meetings take place on average once every 2 to 3 weeks on Saturdays, though this is organized according to everyone's availability. Young adults who get involved benefit from genuine experience that can be valued in further education or in the professional world.
