C'Possible Normandie

Committed to preventing school dropout, the association supports students from vocational and technological high schools to help them find their path and place in society. C'Possible's approach is centered on sharing experiences between high school students and expert practitioners from the business and cultural sectors. This exchange is grounded in kindness, respect, listening, trust, and rigor; it helps young people who have lost motivation to regain confidence in themselves. Once this "breakthrough" is set in motion, anything becomes possible! Our conviction is that the path to social integration passes through discovery of the professional world, and awakening to culture and society's values. This holistic approach is implemented through two programs: interventions conducted in class or outside the classroom, called "landmark workshops," and individual mentoring support. All our activities are free and delivered by volunteer professionals who are experts in their fields.
