As day coordinator, with support from about 5 volunteers, you organize the day and ensure smooth operations—a crucial role for the association. You create an inclusive environment by attending to each person, managing logistics and safety. You must embrace the association's values and commit long-term to disabled friends served. You should want to participate in discussions about the association's life and evolution. Loisirs et Progrès is family-oriented, welcoming, and joyful.
