Mission description

Mentoring toward and in employment helps people in professional reintegration access jobs. For up to 6 months, a volunteer mentor individually supports a candidate through their trial period. Mentees receive personalized support in their job search. Each mentor/mentee pair is matched based on compatibility and professional experience in recruitment, giving candidates access to recruitment expertise.
