I participate as a "VOLUNTEER RESOURCES COORDINATOR"

Mission description

Under the Departmental Manager's responsibility, the Volunteer Resources Coordinator ensures each volunteer has a structured path using the Volunteer Resources Relay network in centers. At the headquarters (preferably as a team), you implement this coordination directly. You ensure sufficient staffing for all missions, enrich and diversify teams by integrating other engagement forms (civic service, interns, justice measures, skills sponsorships), and serve as interface with the National Association's Volunteer Resources Service.
