Mission description

With support from the national IT department and relevant services, the IT Correspondent manages troubleshooting, maintenance, and security of equipment (computers, peripherals, routers, etc.) in departmental centers. They ensure consistency of departmental IT data and compliance with CNIL regulations. Responsibilities include: training volunteers on equipment and tools (existing and new), installing and configuring equipment and software, providing remote or on-site troubleshooting, managing infrastructure projects (hardware, software, architecture migrations) in existing or new centers.
