Mission description

To ensure our sails' performance and safety, we seek a rigging expert volunteer for a week-long intervention on the sailboat Arawak. Your expertise is crucial for sail readiness. You'll handle pulley systems and cordage placement, verify and optimize sail rigging, and ensure safety during height and water operations. Good rigging promises serene navigation. Arawak Le Refuge has already helped over 1,200 people build confidence and group living capacity through sailing.
