Help local governments prepare administrative documents required by authorities (emergency plans, intercommunal safety plans, etc.). Work with ECTI, a recognized public utility association of active or retiring professionals, to advise municipal teams on plans like community safety plans (PCS) and intercommunal safety plans (PICS).
