ECTI Finistère assists small municipalities in developing, writing, and presenting their Municipal Rescue Plan (PCS), validated by prefectural civil planning services. As a public utility association of members sharing knowledge and experience, we work in pairs using software developed by former civil security leaders. Volunteers must reside in Finistère.
