As part of a welcome and support team, staff reception desk shifts in Gerzat on Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday mornings (9:00-11:45 AM). You'll listen to people in difficult situations, identify their needs, guide them to partner organizations, and support them through administrative processes. Training on aid policies, rights access, and active listening is provided throughout the year.
