I coordinate a volunteer team

Mission description

The association has volunteers managing various tasks: cooking, food aid distribution, wellness (yoga, sophrology), and facility maintenance. We seek a dedicated person to coordinate, animate, and support a team of approximately fifteen volunteers. Contribute to supporting people in difficulty by sharing your experience and qualities. Listening and communication skills, teamwork enthusiasm, and recruitment or HR mentoring experience are valued.
