The sociocultural center seeks volunteers to support public reception alongside staff. The goal is to provide a warm, reassuring, and helpful welcome for people visiting (residents, families, partners). Reception is first contact, information, and orientation—not for handling all situations. You'll work in pairs with a staff member on set schedules. Your role includes greeting people, listening to requests, directing them to the right person or activity, and helping manage flows like scheduling and providing information.
