Mission description

Join UFC Que Choisir Roanne to welcome and support people with consumer disputes. You'll help people in difficult situations by supporting their rights. You'll actively participate in monitoring commercial practices and applying consumer rights. The UFC Que Choisir office receives the public Wednesdays 10 AM-6 PM. You won't be alone: you'll work with others on dispute treatment, analysis, remedies, consumer defense, and possibly field investigations in supermarkets.
