Under the association president's authority, the branch manager oversees a team of 15 volunteers handling welcome and follow-up for released prisoners. You manage volunteer training, validate advancement to autonomous status, oversee housing arrangements, and ensure smooth branch operations while maintaining good working conditions and achieving autonomy and employment reintegration objectives.
